陆昭菱走了过来，打开竹篮的盖子，看到里面用木碗装着的糖耙，有些惊喜。
“这个是甜的吧？看起来很好吃，我尝尝。”
她现在就直接拿起了一个，咬了一口。
甜中有点脆的口感。
“真的很好吃。”她笑眯眯地对小鱼说，“谢谢了啊。你来得正好，我们也准备吃饭，你带点回去给你爷爷。”
说着她就让青音他们上菜。
在吃的这方面，陆昭菱从来不会委屈自己。
她让掌柜的把城里能采买到的本地好食材都置办来了，几大桌的菜。
小鱼一个当地......
小鱼的眼睛 widened up at the sight of all the delicious dishes in front of him. "Wow, Master Lian has really outdone himself this time!" he exclaimed, his eyes shining with excitement.
Lian smiled and patted his shoulders. "I''m glad you like it, little guy," he said, chuckling. "I wanted to make sure we had a feast fit for royalty."
Queen Lü smiled graciously as she surveyed the spread before her. She was pleased to see that Master Lian had indeed gone all out to prepare a meal worthy of her.
As they began to eat, Lian and Queen Lü chatted with their guests, discussing everything from politics to literature to the latest news from the capital. The conversation flowed easily, with each person contributing their own thoughts and opinions.
Meanwhile, Master Lian was busy serving himself a portion of the steaming hot rice and meat, which he devoured with gusto. He couldn''t help but feel grateful for this wonderful life he had built for himself, surrounded by good friends and delicious food.
Queen Lü, however, seemed to be in a particularly cheerful mood, laughing and joking with their guests as if she were 20 years old again. Her eyes sparkled with amusement as she teased her husband about his cooking skills, which only made Master Lian blush even harder.
As the meal drew to a close, the guests began to retire to their rooms, exhausted but content after a satisfying feast. Queen Lü and Master Lian sat back in their chairs, watching their friends depart with satisfied smiles on their faces.
"Well, that was quite the evening," said Queen Lü, her voice filled with warmth. "I do so love spending time with all of you."
Master Lian nodded in agreement, his eyes never leaving his wife''s face. "Me too, my queen," he said softly. "Me too."
As they sat there in comfortable silence, a soft knock came at the door, followed by a gentle voice calling out from within.
"Excuse me, Master Lian? Is it all right if I come in?"
Master Lian and Queen Lü exchanged a curious glance before nodding in unison. "Come on in," said Master Lian, rising from his seat to greet the newcomer.
The door opened, and a smiling face appeared, along with a few delicate gifts in hand. "Happy birthday, Master Lian!" called out one of their friends, grinning widely.
Master Lian''s eyes widened in surprise as he took in the presents, each one carefully wrapped and adorned with colorful paper and ribbons. He couldn''t believe his luck!
